Book Discussion: Hidden Potential by Adam Grant

Join us for a conversation about Adam Grant’s latest book, Hidden Potential.  So often, we see people as we know them and we miss strengths and potential that lie just beneath the surface.  This can be especially true in the workplace as we operate in clearly defined roles and teams.  What opportunities could exist if we expanded our view to see what is possible, rather than just what we’re used to seeing?
