Caught in the Middle: How to Support and Empower Middle Managers 

Did you know that almost half of middle managers feel confused about direction, uncertain about how to lead, and even unsupported by their own leaders?  This is unsettling as middle managers often are the direct connection to those on the front lines.  In this article, middle managers are considered the “vital communications linchpin – one of the most strategic levers for the organization”. 

Join us for a conversation about how to support and empower these team members; or how to advocate for yourself if you are a middle manager yourself.
