In this session you will learn an emotional intelligence-based framework for leading with aplomb and creating a culture in which all feel welcome, safe, and are doing their best work and are thriving. Learn how your actions – regardless of whether you are a leader – affect culture and thus whether you are successful in creating true DEIB. Learn also how to create culture that inspires outstanding DEIB. Remember, a firm with true DEIB is able to provide excellent client-service with enthusiasm, and professionalism as it maximizes wellbeing and retention.

The VSAE Community Service Committee has selected The Women's Initiative as this month's charity recipient. The Women’s Initiative is to provide women with effective counseling, social support, and education so they can transform challenges into positive change and growth.
