Are you prepared for ‘Event Mode’ in 2021?"

As meeting planners we all have an ‘Event Mode’. That headspace we get into when we leave our personal lives at home and can finally focus on the task at hand. We put on a smile no matter what’s happening behind the curtain and a 16-hour day is par for the course. The thing is… When was the last time you walked 20+ miles in two days within five meeting rooms and three hallways? How long has it been since you were on your feet for 16 hours? Will our backs hold up during a full-scale load in? Are we, dare I say it, out of meeting manager shape?! It would seem that a dose of preparatory self-care might be in order. Join us to discover what we can do to prepare for the 2021 Event Season – because it might hit harder than you think.
