"Your Association and COVID-19"

Join us through Zoom for an open discussion on the challenges
we are all currently managing.

After registering using the link below, you will receive a confirmation email
containing all the details you will need to connect to the meeting.

Given that all is transpiring and the changes that have been thrust upon all of us, the Senior Staff SIG will meet virtually to share ideas/questions/concerns that we’re all facing. We’ll specifically discuss we’re all doing to serve our teams and our members during these strange and uncertain circumstances.  

Possible topics could include:

  • What new challenges are you facing as a team and how are you addressing them?
  • How have the needs of your members changed and how have you as an organization adapted to be a resource?
  • What solutions have you found for either your team or your members that the rest of us could learn from?
  • What challenges are you still seeking answers to?
  • Are there any resources you have found that have been especially helpful to you/your team/your members that others could benefit from?

We’re certainly not limited to this list, we encourage you to add to this list.  To try and keep the conversation organized, please do the following.

  1. Register using the link above (the purple button).  Once you’re registered, you will receive Zoom information in your registration confirmation email message.
  2. Send Carter Lyons any questions/concerns/ideas you’d like to share.  Common common topics & questions will be grouped and an agenda will be created so the main areas of concern are covered as logically as possible.
