Bob will share strategies to help you see the value of relationships and how anyone can develop relationships. Content Leader Bob Keaton, Keaton Associates, LLC Bob Keaton is principal of Keaton Associates LLC, a public affairs firm based in Harrisburg, PA. With years of experience and insight into the workings of government, he is especially known for being a forthright and principled advocate. Bob started his venture in government as the Executive Director of the Senate Veterans and Emergency Preparedness Committee for the late state Senator Terry Punt (R-Franklin). From the state Senate, Bob served as policy specialist for Banking, Insurance and Securities in the administration of then - Governor Tom Ridge. While here, Bob developed Governor Ridge's policy initiatives for these three agencies and provided key input. In the private sector, Bob Served as the Director of State Government affairs for Sunoco, Inc., serving as the primary contact for Sunoco in Pennsylvania, Oklahoma and Texas. He also has lobbied for small business, professional associations and nonprofit organizations. Bob is a member of the National Speakers Association and is the author of: “Lobbyist or Barber: How The right Relationships Can Build A Strong Government Affairs Program,” as well as guest columns for the Mid-Atlantic Independent Dealers Association Magazine and PAMIC 360 Magazine (Pennsylvania Association of Mutual Insurance Companies).
