Additional candidates for the offices to be filled (except President and Past President) may be placed on the ballot with a petition signed by at least 10 percent of the members eligible to vote. The petition shall be filed with the current Secretary, Carter Lyons, at [email protected] at least one week before the election. The Secretary shall send notice of such additional nominations to all members eligible to vote before the election. The slate of officers and directors will be voted on by eligible members present at the Annual Business Meeting and Board Election in March at the Seminar with Luncheon.
