Virtual Tradeshow hours:

  • Tuesday, October 13 - 11:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, October 14 - 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Benefits:

  • Live Showcase URL (i.e. Zoom) with ability to engage with attendees during trade show.

  • Interact with attendees four weeks prior to the tradeshow and up to 12 months afterwards.

  • Ability to add booth staff members at no additional cost.

Sponsorship Opportunities: 

  • Coffee Chat - From 9:00-9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 13 and Wednesday, October 14. Local coffee roasteries will share coffee brewing tips, how to select the best coffee for you, and provide demonstrations. $250 each day
  • Virtual Meet-ups: From 4:15-4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, October 13 and Wednesday, October 14. Attendees "meet up" to share their thoughts on the "room" topic. Meet-up topics include: NOVA Meeting Professionals and Work From Challenges. $250 each meet-up
  • Virtual Conference Platform - Whova is the virtual platform for the 2020 Virtual Fall Conference. $850
