Seminar: "Trust Based Leadership - Proven Ways to Stop Managing and Start Leading"

In this important seminar, you will learn how improved leadership skills and people-centric leadership techniques can eliminate poor communication, employee and consumer complaints, and difficult misrepresentation and legal issues related to all your leadership and customer service scenarios. We will collaborate on the important difference between managing tasks and leading people. We will also discuss leading with the intent to serve, utilizing better listening skills, understanding what clients and team members want and clarifying the needs and wants of those we serve. Growth and success are improved through focus on the what, how, when, and why of developing better habits and focused life and time management skills. In this presentation, attendees are sure to be reminded of the importance of trust and how it truly influences the success of an organization, the individual, and the client or clients. Associations, members, stakeholders, and organizations are better protected by the increased knowledge association staff and leaders gain as they understand that it all starts with trust and ends when there is no trust.

He has shared Leadership Training, Sales Mastery, and Trust Based Philosophy systems with thousands of people just like you and has worked with hundreds of business across the world. After his education at Ohio State University and Elon College, Mark spent 20 years as CEO of a multi-state retail sales and rental company that grew to 47 locations. The next 18 years have included international speaking/teaching, volunteering and community leadership. All along the way, Mark has invested tens of thousands of hours speaking and teaching his life and business changing Trust Based Philosophy systems, leadership skills, sales and skill and personal mastery systems with companies and organizations.

Full Circle Grief Center – Full Circle works to create a circle of support where children and families experiencing loss can find hope and start the healing process in a safe, trusting environment. They are always in need of supplies for programs to aid in supporting grieving families. • Payment can be made by credit card using our online registration link above or by mailing a check payable to VSAE prior to the meeting.
• A replacement from the same organization may attend the lunch if the member is unable to attend. Please contact the office for assistance.
• Staff & Non-Member Attendance - Staff of a member or a non-member is limited to attending 3 meetings per year.
• Cancellation Policy
• Pre-registrations for lunch who cancel after 5:00 on the Monday before the meeting or fail to attend will be invoiced for a fee of $14. Members are allowed one (1) free pass per year.
• No refunds for cancellation.
• Substitutions are allowed.
