Facilitated Roundtable Discussion: Building Stronger Partnerships Through Collaboration Strong partnerships don't happen by accident. They are built through trust, shared goals, and intentional collaboration. Building on the previous discussion about sustainable non-dues revenue, this interactive roundtable will explore practical strategies for strengthening relationships with sponsors, volunteers, members, industry partners, and other organizations. Through facilitated peer discussions, attendees will share challenges, exchange ideas, and develop practical approaches for identifying partnership opportunities, fostering deeper collaboration, and creating engagement that delivers long-term value for everyone involved. You'll leave with actionable ideas for building stronger organizational relationships that support your mission while creating new opportunities for growth.
