COVID forced us all to use technology in a way that we have never had to in the past, day-in and day-out. This affected our elections, annual meetings, strategic planning, volunteer engagement/recruitment, and so much more! But we all rose to the occasion, rolled up our sleeves and kept our associations moving forward. We were creative and it worked out well, minus a few glitches here and there. And by year 2, we were more successful implementing technology, but is this sustainable? Should it be? And if so, how do your governing documents (and possibly organizational structure) need to be adjusted to accommodate the new way forward?
