REGISTRATION
In-person registration fee includes educational sessions (7 hours of CAE credit), two receptions, all meals on Monday and breakfast on Tuesday, and three keynote addresses. ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE WEDNESDAY, MAY 3 AT 5:00 p.m. On-site registration will open on Sunday, May 7 at 4:00 p.m.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Registration fees are refundable, less a $25 administrative fee, up until March 31, 75% of registration fees from April 1-7, 50% of registration fees from April 7-14. No refund will be issued for cancellations starting April 15. Registrations are transferable to another person within the same organization. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to [email protected]; expect confirmation within two business days.

ACCOMMODATIONS 

Our conference hotel, Embassy Suites by Hilton Hampton Convention Center, is connected to the Hampton Roads Convention Center next door, steps from Hampton Coliseum, a mile from Bluebird Gap Farm, and three miles away from Downtown's Virginia Air & Space Museum. They offer made-to-order breakfast, complimentary evening receptions, a fitness center, an indoor pool, and a free local shuttle. Stop by the hotel's restaurant, Cyprus Grille Restaurant, for lunch or dinner. 

Complimentary parking. Executive members (association professionals) will receive Monday night complimentary if a Sunday night room is booked. You MUST include both the Sunday and Monday nights in your reservation to receive this benefit. Discounted room rate offered 2 days pre and post event, based on availability.
