Join us for VSAE's most popular annual event to find out the winners of this year’s Awards of Excellence and to bid in the exciting Live Auction for our two Grand Prize Items. The Silent Auction will occur online as it did last year with a huge variety of donated items on which to bid.

Online bidding opens at 8 a.m. on Monday, November 22 and closes just before the luncheon on December 3. You do not need to attend the event to be the winning bidder (except in the Live Auction). Proceeds from this year's auction benefit the Virginia Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as well as VSAE's future educational programming. In the spirit of the giving season, we will again be collecting non-perishable food items at the event to donate to FeedMore.

Registration Fees

• To register a non-member guest that you are paying for, click "Register Guest" within your own registration form. (Once you have submitted your registration form, you are not able to take the same form again.) 
• Non-member guests who are paying for themselves should create their own username and password to register online.
• Be sure your guests are aware of our COVID policies, and that they will need to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test (see below.)
• No refunds for cancellations. Substitutions are allowed by emailing [email protected].

COVID Safety

Attendees at any in-person VSAE event are required to provide proof they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, or proof of a negative COVID test administered within 72 hours of the event. If vaccine proof was provided for a previous event, it does not need to be resubmitted. Documentation may either be emailed to [email protected] or shown upon check-in. Photo image, paper documentation, or VA Health Dept.-issued QR code are acceptable. Your VA vaccination record is available at the Virginia COVID-19 vaccination portal.
