Join with colleagues from your association community and take part in VSAE's online Silent Auction, offering a vast array of donated items on which to bid. Items include gift baskets, event tickets, luxurious getaways, and so much more. Proceeds benefit VSAE’s education program and Beacon Tree Foundation, a local charity that helps children battling mental and emotional health issues, a resource that is crucial now more than ever. 

The online Silent Auction begins on Monday, November 30 and continues to Friday, December 11 with a virtual one-hour program beginning at 11:00 a.m. EST and includes a message from VSAE President Phyllis Errico, JD, CAE and Tom Leahy, Founder of Beacon Tree Foundation, a live item auction of our Grand Prize item - a 5-night vacation package to Aruba - and much more!

Why should I donate early?

  • Marketing – You will be recognized in VSAE's print and digital publications and website from October until the event in December.
  • Demonstrate your support for VSAE and Beacon Tree Foundation and help us meet our fundraising goal. 

Who can donate? 


Are there any restrictions on what I can donate?

  • There is a set minimum retail value of $50 for each donation.
  • Any organization or individual may donate as many different items as they'd like. 
  • Hardly any, here are some suggestions...BE CREATIVE!
    • Overnight getaway with a fun local activity
    • Showcase with a college or professional sports team
    • Spa packages
    • Brewery/cidery/meadery tours
    • Walk-on role on an upcoming local theatricial production
    • Dine with a Distinguished Guest (like a university president, industry leader, or local celebrity)
    • A Day Out in _________ (enter your city name) - access to the best or most unique sites your town has to offer!
    • Outdoor Excursions
    • Gift card to the best fine dining in town
    • That elusive home gadget everybody wants
    • Hours of professional services
    • Tickets to private events at local museums

What if I don't have an item to donate with a minimum value of $50?

To increase participation, a Silent Auction Fund has been established for those who are unable to donate an item. Those who contribute to the fund will be listed in the newsletter and on the event's website. Simply click on the red link above to take you to Financial Donation to make your contribution.
