About the Speaker

     Meredith Oliver, CSP, MIRM is a sales marketing strategist. She is a professional speaker, consultant and founder of Meredith Communications, a digital marketing agency in Raleigh, N.C. Meredith Communications is in its fifteenth year delivering digital marketing solutions such as website design, search engine optimization and social media marketing.
     Meredith holds a Masters Degree in Communication Technology from Rollins College. Meredith is a published author of two books, “Click Power: Drive More Traffic, Leads and Sales” and “The Fan Factor: 25 Slam Dunk Secrets to Engage Customers, Increase Referrals and Boost Sales.” Both books are available online and at her seminars.
     She is a professional speaker and holds the prestigious CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) designation. She has spoken to audiences from 10 to 2,000 at prominent industry events such as the International Builders Show and National Automobile Dealers Annual Conference Expo.
     Meredith is the 2015-2016 President of the National Speakers Association Carolinas Chapter. She is a Past National Chair of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Institute of Residential Marketing and currently sits on the NAHB National Sales and Marketing Council Board of Governors.
     In January 2016, Meredith was named NAHB Professional Women in Building National Member of the Year. She was honored in 2015 with the Bill Molster Award for Outstanding Service & Lifetime Achievement by the NAHB National Sales and Marketing Council. In 2013, Meredith was named Chapter Member of the Year by the NSA/Carolinas Chapter.
     Meredith lives in Raleigh, N.C. with her husband, son, and two adorable shih tzus. Her love for shoes in legendary and hundreds follow her show collection on Instagram @MeredithsShoes22. She loves what she does and couldn't imagine doing anything else.

 

 

Registration Notes

  • Payment can be made by credit card using our online registration link above or by mailing a check payable to VSAE using the printable registration form.

  • A replacement from the same organization may attend the lunch if the member is unable to attend. Please contact the registrar for assistance.

  • Staff & Non-Member Attendance. Staff of a member or a non-member is limited to attending 3 meetings per year.

  • Luncheon Pass. A member's “Get Out of Jail Free” pass is only worth $14 and is therefore not valid for on-site registrations.

  • Cancellation Policy.

    • Pre-registrations for lunch who cancel after Tuesday before the meeting at 5:00 p.m. or fail to attend will be invoiced for a no-show fee of $14.

    • No refunds for cancellation.

    • Substitutions are allowed.
